Prioritized Product Backlog
The Product Backlog is a collection of features that are fed to the Scrum Team. In order to ensure that the most important features are finished first, the Product Owner prioritizes the features in order of value.
This is called Backlog refinement.
With features broken down into tasks and Epics, the Product Owner arranges the necessary work in the Product Backlog.
The most important features are placed at the very beginning, so the Scrum team starts on the most vital pieces first. This gives the stakeholders the most value, while making sure the Scrum team always has work to do.
