Project Completion: Looking Backwards
At the end of each project, a Project Retrospective should be held, where the team and stakeholders should review how the project was conducted, successes that were achieved and any shortcomings that could be avoided in future. There are Sprint Reviews, which normally only involve the team, but there should never be a veto on one or more stakeholders attending any Scrum meeting, although it may only be in an observer capacity.
